Introduction
I am a psychologist based in Denmark. I have 15+ years of experience working with therapy and psychological counselling. My work is based on a cognitive framework, and especially the compassion-focused, the meta-cognitive and ACT theories are meaningful to me. I also work with EMDR when dealing with traumas. I have a lot of experience working with stress, work-related problems, relationship problems, grief, personal development etc. I meet my clients in a compassionate and engaged way, and together we work towards understanding the challenges and finding the solutions.
