Sondre Dehlimarken – Psychologist Education: I completed my master's degree at Aarhus University and my bachelor's degree at Lillehammer University. I am licensed in both Norway and Denmark. I am also currently pursuing further education in sexology. Experience: I have worked as a psychologist in Norway, Denmark, and now in Greenland, and I have held positions both in public psychiatry and in the private health psychology sector. In psychiatry, I have worked with both the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. Through this, I have gained extensive experience with existential crises, grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I have completed training in "Emotion Focused Skills Training," an evidence-based method for parental guidance from an EFT perspective. In this context, I have worked with divorce, school refusal, inner criticism, boundary setting, stress, bullying, and childhood depression through work with parents. I have experience with various therapeutic methods, but overall, my approach to other people is based on an open, curious, and respectful attitude. My method is integrative, incorporating aspects of emotion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (including trauma-focused) and psychodynamic therapy. However, the main focus is often on giving emotions and their needs the central focus. I am particularly focused on: Professionally, I am interested in unexplained fatigue conditions and how stress over time affects the body biologically. This is also something I have worked on in my private practice in Norway. My perspective is shaped by the idea that "everything psychological is also biological, and vice versa."
