Self-esteem

What is self esteem?

Self-esteem is the concept and opinion you have about yourself. This perception can be positive or negative depending on the love and value you place on yourself. A person with good self-esteem has full confidence in his or her abilities, capacities and potential to deal with life’s situations. On the contrary, a low self-esteem generates suffering and makes it difficult to be productive or achieve the desired goals due to insecurity and negative perceptions.

Self-esteem is reflected in everything we do in our daily lives. That is why it’s crucial to recognize our level of self-esteem and work towards raising it to have a better quality of life.
